Description

Campari spritz drink combines Campari with sparkling wine and soda water to make a cocktail similar to the popular Aperol spritz, an Italian aperitif made with Aperol, bitter and bubbly. As Campari is bitter and astringent, this cocktail is a drink for Campari lovers, a nice change from the Negroni or Americano. Although spritz was invented in Italy in the 1800s, it wasn't until the 1950s that Aperol spritz became its current form.

Directions

  1. Add the Campari to a glass filled with ice and stir. Top with prosecco and soda water.
  2. Squeeze in the lemon wedge and stir gently. Garnish with lemon wedge(optional)
