Description

In honor of the cherry blossom season, Warren Lindsay of Andaz Tokyo created Sakura-Chan, a sake-based cocktail with lots of cherry blossom aromas and edible cherry blossom petals.

Don't forget to see what other drinks you can make with the ingredients you already have in your bar.

Directions

  1. Add the sake, sakura liqueur, and lemon juice into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a sake glass over a large ice cube and garnish with edible cherry blossom petals(optional).
