What is Jasmine?

Jasmine is a perfect gin cocktail if you're looking for something refreshing, citrusy and not too sweet.

This was created in the mid-1990s by Paul Harrington at Townhouse Bar & Grill in Emeryville, California in honor of his college friend Matt Jasmin, who challenged Paul to make something new.
