Description

Whether hiking in the Andes or drinking at the beach, the pisco sour is a delicious cocktail with a velvety mouthfeel.

This cocktail was created by Victor Vaughn Morris, an American of Mormon descent who moved to Peru in 1904 to work for a railway company in Cerro de Pasco and is credited with originating in Lima, Peru.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients(except the bitters) into a shaker and shake without ice vigorously.
  2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice, and garnish with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters
