  1. Begin by preparing the pink peppercorn syrup: combine equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan, add a handful of pink peppercorns, and simmer until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool, then strain the syrup to remove the peppercorns.
  2. Add the Okinawa Gin, pink peppercorn syrup, yellow Chartreuse, lemon juice, and egg white (if using) to the shaker in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
