'Pepino' is Spanish for cucumber, and it is definitely the star ingredient in this el pepino recipe.

Developed by Las Vegas mixologist Gaston Martinez, and Justin Timberlake's favorite drink, the drink begins with reposado tequila poured into a margarita and is topped with luscious foam, cucumber, cilantro, and egg whites.

Directions

  1. Muddle well cucumber slices, cilantro, and simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and egg white, and fill the rest of the shaker with ice.
